Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions regulating the use of our website and the services offered herein. We encourage you to read the terms carefully as they constitute all the rights and obligations of the Company and the Clients regarding their purpose.

1. Definitions In this Agreement, the following terms have the following meanings:

• “Company”, “We”, “Our”: Refers to Private Services, offices at Platys Gialos, 840 03, Sifnos, Greece.

• “Client”, “Passenger”, “You”: An individual of adequate legal age (above the age of 18) and of full capacity to enter into a contract for the booking of our transportation services.

• “Service”: Refers to premium private transfers, chauffeur services, island tours, and vehicle disposal provided by the Company.

• “Booking”: The Client’s written confirmation and the Company's subsequent approval for the reservation of a Service.

• “Total Fee”: The full amount payable by the Client for the requested Service.

2. Acceptance of the Agreement & Revisions This Agreement is a legally binding contract governing the relationship between the Client and the Company. By submitting a quote request, making a Booking, or using our Service, you are deemed to have fully and unequivocally accepted this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to revise and modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be uploaded on this page and will supersede all previous revisions.

3. Scope of the Services Provided The Company provides luxury ground transportation, including but not limited to port/airport transfers and tailored island tours using our private fleet (e.g., Mercedes Vans).

4. Booking Process Clients may request a quote or apply for a Booking through our website. Upon receiving a request, the Company will provide the Total Fee and availability. A Booking is only considered confirmed once the Company sends a formal confirmation email or message to the Client. The Client agrees that they are bound once the Booking has been confirmed.

5. Payments & Security Deposit

• Payment Terms: Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT 24%) unless expressly stated otherwise. The Total Fee must be settled as agreed upon Booking confirmation.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Any applicable bank charges or exchange rate fees are for the Client's account.

• Deposits: For specific multi-day disposal services or large group events, the Company may require a security deposit or upfront partial payment to secure the vehicle and chauffeur.

6. Parties’ Obligations 6.1. Client’s Obligations The Client undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and updated contact details, flight/ferry numbers, and luggage descriptions.

• Ensure they follow the booking schedule (e.g., appear on time at the designated pick-up location).

• Not exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the booked vehicle.

• Comply with Greek laws during the Service. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

• Cover the costs for any damages or extraordinary cleaning required due to the Client's or their party's actions inside the vehicle.

6.2. Company’s Obligations The Company undertakes to:

• Act in good faith and provide high-quality, punctual Services.

• Ensure all vehicles are fully insured, roadworthy, and compliant with Greek transportation laws.

• Ensure all chauffeurs possess valid professional licenses and act with utmost discretion and professionalism.

• Process personal data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation & Exclusions of Liability The Company acts with the highest level of professionalism. However, we cannot be held liable for any indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, extreme traffic congestion, severe weather conditions, port/airport delays, road accidents caused by third parties, or strikes.

8. Cancellation & Modification of Bookings 8.1. Modifications Should the Client wish to amend their reservation (e.g., change of time or route), they must contact the Company promptly. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

8.2. Cancellations by the Client Refunds and cancellation fees are structured as follows to protect the operational scheduling of our fleet:

• Up to 48 hours before the scheduled Service: Full refund (net of any non-refundable banking fees) or no cancellation fee.

• 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled Service: 50% cancellation fee of the Total Fee.

• Less than 24 hours or Non-show: 100% cancellation fee of the Total Fee.

8.3. Cancellations by the Company The Company reserves the right to cancel a Booking with immediate effect if there are reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent, or in the event of extreme weather/force majeure where providing the Service poses a safety risk. In such cases, the Client will be fully refunded.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by Greek Law. Any disputes and/or claims arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
